I’ll help you with the tools you need to become FunctionAlly Fit! You will be able to draw on the skills you’ve learned to keep yourself motivated, organized, and able to meet the world head-on without sacrificing your uniqueness. All sessions are one-on-one.

Doppelhanging

A relaxed form of Body Doubling where some occasional chatter is involved while everyone works on their individual projects. This is especially helpful for rote, boring tasks, where focus can be split or where periodically talking out loud about the task can help you. Need to clean your house? Fill some orders? Do some crafting? Try this approach if you don’t need to hyperfocus and are just trying to get over Executive Dysfunction about the tasks at hand.

This can be one-on-one, or at a discounted rate if you’re willing to be part of a session with others you may not know.

Productivity Sprints

A structured approach to Body Doubling utilizing short bursts of hyperfocus interspersed with brief periods of goal recalibration. This is very helpful when you’re in crunch time with one or more projects that absolutely must be accomplished NOW.

This can be one-on-one, or at a discounted rate if you’re willing to be part of a session with others you may not know.

Creativity Sprint

Are you a writer, a painter, an artist of any kind? Are you aspiring to be? This is a unique kind of Productivity Sprint that focuses on the creative. A prompt will be chosen to help guide your creativity, followed by short bursts of individual artistic expression on your own. Participants will come back together at intervals to check in on progress made, and optionally share results. All levels of artistic proficiency are welcome, in a judgment-free environment designed to encourage your creativity.

This can be one-on-one, or at a discounted rate if you’re willing to be part of a session with others you may not know.

Public Speaking

What is Executive Dysfunction?

Executive dysfunction is a term used to describe difficulties with executive function skills. While prevalent among people with ADHD, it can affect others as well.

Executive dysfunction isn’t just being forgetful or disorganized occasionally. It might be much harder to plan, organize, strategize, pay attention to details, and manage time, causing disruption to one’s ability complete even simple tasks. 

What is Body Doubling?

Body Doubling is a productivity technique that involves having another person nearby while you work on a task. Their presence is meant to keep you on task, focused, motivated, and accountable. This can be done in person or virtually. The technique is popular among people with ADHD, but can be useful for anyone.
